How cost is calculated

We do not publish a fixed price list, because two projects with the same name (say, "online shop") can have entirely different scopes. Instead, each project is priced after discovery in a written proposal, and every amount appears in that document before any payment.

1. Why there is no fixed price list

  • A fixed price is either vague ("from some amount") or forces the client to buy something they do not need.
  • The written proposal states exactly what is delivered, in how many milestones and at what cost; comparing and deciding is easier with it.

2. What drives the cost

FactorExamples
Scopenumber of pages, modules, user roles, reports
Designbespoke design versus a ready template; animation and 3D
Integrationspayment gateway, SMS, accounting, inventory, other services' APIs
AI partschatbot, RAG over your documents, autonomous agents; data volume and API usage
Bilingual contentnative Persian and English content and a bilingual interface
Data and migrationmoving data from a previous system, cleaning and conversion
Supportsupport tier, response times, duration
Schedulea compressed schedule costs more

3. How the cost is determined

  1. Discovery: a session in person in Qazvin or online; goal, users and existing systems are reviewed.
  2. Scoping: deliverables and acceptance criteria are listed; optional items are marked separately.
  3. Written proposal: the cost of each milestone, the schedule, payment terms and third-party costs are itemised.
  4. Revision: you can trim or extend the scope to fit the budget.

4. What is and is not included

Included in our service fee: analysis and design, implementation, testing, deployment on your server, documentation, a short usage briefing, the bug-fix warranty.

Not included: third-party costs (clause 5), content production and photography (unless in scope), out-of-scope changes (via change request), support after the warranty (separate contract).

5. Third-party costs

Domain, hosting and servers, SMS credit, payment-gateway fees, AI API usage and paid licences are separate from our fee and are purchased in your name; you own and control all of them. The exact list is in the written proposal.

6. Staged payment

  • Deposit at contract signature: stated in the written proposal; the rest per milestone: stated in the written proposal.
  • Each milestone gets an invoice with an online pay link (Iranian gateway), or is paid by bank transfer with a receipt.
  • Your card details are never stored by us.

7. Proposal validity and changes

  • Written proposal validity: stated in the written proposal. After that, costs may be revised.
  • Any change to the scope after signature goes through a change request with its effect on cost and schedule stated in writing.
  • No amount outside the written proposal and approved change requests is ever charged.

8. Support after delivery

  • Bug-fix warranty at no cost: stated in the written proposal.
  • Ongoing support and development is a separate support contract with a defined tier and duration, priced in the written proposal.
