How the work runs

Discovery
We walk through your current processes, users, data and bottlenecks with you, and focus the first version on what matters most.

Written proposal
You receive modules, roles, acceptance criteria, delivery milestones, schedule and cost in writing.

Contract
The contract is signed in person in Qazvin or electronically; work starts after signature and deposit.

Staged build
Each module is delivered on a staging link; you test it with real data, accept it against the agreed criteria, and only then does the next module start.

Handover and training
The system goes live on your server, existing data is migrated where needed, and users are trained.

Support
Bugs are fixed free of charge during the warranty period; further modules and maintenance continue under a separate agreement.

Timeline

Duration depends on the number of modules, the complexity of business rules, the number of roles, connections to external systems and migration of existing data. How quickly you test and accept each milestone also directly affects the total.

That is why the first version is defined small and usable, with the rest added in later stages. The milestone schedule is stated in the written proposal.

How cost is calculated

Cost is calculated from:

The number and complexity of modules and business rules
The number of roles and permission levels
Reports and dashboards
Connections to external systems (SMS, payment gateway, other software)
Migration of existing data
The level of support and maintenance after handover

Included: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, training and the bug-fix warranty.

Not included, paid separately in your name: server, domain, SMS credit, gateway fees, licences for third-party software.

Payment is staged, each stage against an invoice with a pay link. The final figure is stated only in the written proposal.

Frequently asked questions

With Node.js and an SQLite or similar database, a standard JavaScript interface, and deployment on a Linux server with nginx. The final choice is stated in the proposal based on the project, and open-source, maintainable tools always come first.

Yes, and that is what we recommend. The first version focuses on the most important process so it is used early and gets real feedback; later modules are added on the same foundation.

After each milestone is settled, that milestone's code belongs to you, and the data lives on a server in your name from day one. Intellectual property is spelled out in the contract.

If the existing system offers an API or data export, yes. Discovery establishes what connection is possible, and its cost is itemised in the proposal.

The code is handed over with technical documentation, a clear structure and a deployment document so any developer familiar with Node.js can continue. We do not create dependency on us.
