The controller of the data collected on this site is Hamed Abooali (a natural person), trading as SysaiQ, at No. 25, Adel Babaei Alley, Ghavidel (Ashna) Alley, Tohid St., Qazvin, Iran. For any question about your data write to info@sysaiq.com.
2. What is collected
Contact and request form
Name, mobile number, email, business type, requested service, message text, time of submission and IP address (only to prevent abuse and bulk submissions).
Chat assistant
The text of your conversation with the site assistant is sent to the OpenAI service to generate a reply. Do not write personal or confidential information in the chat; use the contact form or email for a formal request.

No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used on this site.
Payments
For an online payment we record only the transaction reference, amount, status and time. Card details are entered on the payment gateway's page and are never stored by us.
SMS
To notify you about a request or an invoice, your mobile number and the message text are sent to the configured SMS provider.
3. Purposes
- answering your request and preparing the written proposal;
- performing the contract, issuing invoices and tracking payment;
- project status notifications;
- site security and abuse prevention;
- legal obligations (keeping financial records).
Your data is not sold or passed to third parties for advertising.

5. Retention
- Leads and correspondence: as long as needed to respond and work together, or until you ask for deletion.
- Financial records (invoices, transactions): per the legal retention requirements for financial documents.

- Server backups: stated in the written proposal.
6. Your rights
- You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it or request its deletion.
- Send the request to info@sysaiq.com; to verify your identity, use the same email or number you registered with.
- Data that must be kept by law (such as financial records) is exempt from deletion.
7. Security
- The site's traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Service keys are stored encrypted, and access to the admin panel is restricted and logged.
- No card details are stored by us.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy is versioned and each version's effective date appears at the top of the page. Significant changes are announced on this page.
