Accounting systems
Accounting and finance software built around your real business process: vouchers, ledgers, invoicing, payroll and management reports.
Start a projectWho this is for
- Businesses whose accounting lives in Excel and paper ledgers and who lose control as sales grow.
- Companies with generic accounting software whose specific process (multiple branches, currencies, special pricing, commissions) does not fit into it.
- Retailers and service businesses that want sales, inventory and accounting in one integrated system.
- Organisations that need live management reports, not only end-of-period statements.
Problems it solves
- Manual entry and rework: sales, purchases, receipts and payments are recorded once and the accounting voucher is generated automatically.
- Unclear receivables and payables: customer and supplier balances and due dates are always available.
- Late, error-prone reports: profit and loss, balance sheet, account turnover and management reports are built from live data.
- Software that does not match your process: your business rules (commissions, tiered discounts, multiple branches) are built into the system itself.
- Vendor dependence: data and code are in your name, with standard exports for your accountant or other systems.
Deliverables

How the work runs
-
01
Discovery
Together with you and your accountant, we review the financial process, chart of accounts, common documents and required reports.
-
02
Written proposal
You receive modules, reports, roles, delivery milestones, schedule and cost in writing.
-
03
Contract
The contract is signed in person in Qazvin or electronically; work starts after signature and deposit.
-
04
Staged build
First the accounting core and vouchers, then invoicing and receipts and payments, then inventory or payroll; each stage closes with real data and your accountant's sign-off.
-
05
Handover and training
Opening balances are entered, the system goes live on your server, and finance users are trained.
-
06
Support
Bugs are fixed free of charge during the warranty period; new reports and changes continue under a separate agreement.
Timeline
Duration depends on the number of modules (accounting, inventory, payroll), the complexity of business rules, the number of branches and users, and migration of previous data. Access to your accountant for approving the chart of accounts and testing vouchers sets the pace.
Go-live is usually aligned with the start of a financial period. The milestone schedule is stated in the written proposal.
How cost is calculated
Cost is calculated from:
- The modules required: accounting, invoicing, inventory, payroll
- The complexity of business rules (multiple branches, commissions, special pricing)
- The number and kind of reports
- Migration of previous data and opening balances
- The number of users and roles
- The level of support after handover
Included: analysis with your accountant, design, development, testing with real data, deployment, training and the bug-fix warranty.
Not included, paid separately in your name: server, SMS credit, the services of an accountant or tax adviser.
The final figure is stated only in the written proposal.
Frequently asked questions
Off-the-shelf software is fine for generic bookkeeping. A custom system makes sense when your process is specific, or when you want sales, inventory and accounting integrated and shaped around your business. Discovery tells you honestly which option is more sensible for you.
The system follows the chart of accounts and rules your accountant or tax adviser approves, and produces the required reports and exports. Compliance with tax law remains your accountant's responsibility; we build the tool precisely to their specification.
Yes. Usually opening balances are entered, and where needed, previous periods' transactions are migrated from Excel or the previous software's export. The volume is accounted for in the proposal.
Yes. The system is designed with your accountant's input and provides standard exports (Excel and PDF) for external work. Training finance users is part of handover.
The system runs on your server over HTTPS, each user reaches only what they are permitted to, every change is recorded with user and time, and automated backups are in place.
