How the work runs

  1. 01

    Discovery

    We review your products, shipping methods, gateway and current order flow, and define what the store needs.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

    You receive the store features, integrations, delivery milestones, schedule and cost in writing.

  3. 03

    Contract

    The contract is signed in person in Qazvin or electronically; work starts after signature and deposit.

  4. 04

    Staged build

    Catalogue and design first, then cart and payment, and finally the admin panel and notifications; each stage is approved on a staging link.

  5. 05

    Handover and training

    The store goes live on your domain with the real gateway, and you are trained on managing products, orders and stock.

  6. 06

    Support

    Bugs are fixed free of charge during the warranty period; maintenance and new features continue under a separate agreement.

Timeline

Build time depends on the number and variety of products, the complexity of pricing and shipping, the number of integrations (gateway, SMS, warehouse or accounting) and how ready your product data and images are. Obtaining a payment gateway in your name has its own administrative process, best started alongside the project.

The milestone schedule is stated in the written proposal.

How cost is calculated

Cost is calculated from:

  • Catalogue structure and product variety
  • Pricing, discount and shipping rules
  • Integrations: payment gateway, SMS, warehouse or accounting software
  • Customer panel and account features
  • Initial product entry
  • The level of support after handover

Included: design, development, gateway integration, deployment, training and the bug-fix warranty.

Not included, paid separately in your name: domain, server, payment gateway fees, SMS credit, product photography.

The final figure is stated only in the written proposal.

Frequently asked questions

The gateway is registered in your name with your documents, so sales go straight to your account. We guide you through choosing and applying, and handle the technical connection. SysaiQ never stores customers' card data.

A store builder is fine for a quick start, but limited features, monthly fees and not owning your data become painful as the store grows. A custom store runs on your server, matches your exact process and grows without anyone's permission.

Yes. If your product list exists in Excel or as an export from the previous platform, we handle the initial import. Its volume is accounted for in the proposal.

Yes. The store can be built together with, or connected to, a point-of-sale system so both channels share one inventory. This is defined in discovery.

Yes. Order placement, successful payment and shipping status changes are sent to the customer by SMS. SMS credit is bought in your name from the chosen provider.
