How the work runs

  1. 01

    Discovery

    In one meeting, in person or online, we list the site's goal, audience, required pages and the content you already have (texts, images, logo).

  2. 02

    Written proposal

    You receive the scope, deliverables, milestones, schedule and cost in writing; nothing is owed until you approve it.

  3. 03

    Contract

    The contract is signed in person in Qazvin or electronically; work starts after signature and deposit.

  4. 04

    Staged build

    You first review the home page design on a staging link and approve it; then the remaining pages, both languages and the admin panel are built.

  5. 05

    Handover and training

    The site goes live on your domain and server; code, documentation and credentials are handed over in your name and you are trained on the panel.

  6. 06

    Support

    Bugs are fixed free of charge during the warranty period; afterwards, support and further development continue under a separate agreement.

Timeline

Build time depends on the number of pages, how ready your content is (texts, images, logo), bilingual delivery and extras such as a blog or special forms. The most common delay is content arriving late, which is why discovery ends with a precise list of what is needed.

The milestone schedule is stated in the written proposal.

How cost is calculated

Cost is calculated from:

  • The number and complexity of pages and sections
  • Bilingual delivery (Persian and English)
  • The admin panel and which parts are editable
  • Extras: blog, gallery, custom forms, connections to external services
  • The level of support after handover

Included: design, development, deployment, training and the bug-fix warranty.

Not included, paid separately in your name: domain, hosting or server, licensed fonts or stock images.

The final figure is stated only in the written proposal, after discovery.

No. The design and code are written for your project. The result is a lean site with no extra plugins, fully under your control.

Content usually comes from you; discovery ends with an exact list. If you prefer, copywriting and image selection can be added as a separate item in the written proposal.

Yes. Texts, images, portfolio items and FAQs are editable from the Persian admin panel, and training on it is part of handover. Structural changes or new pages are covered by support.

On a server or hosting plan purchased in your name, inside or outside Iran depending on your audience. Server cost is separate and in your name; we handle installation and deployment.

Yes. The current content is reviewed and whatever is worth keeping is carried over. Old URLs are redirected to the new pages so search rankings are preserved.
