Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

SysaiQ is the professional trading name of Hamed Abooali (a natural person), based in Qazvin at No. 25, Adel Babaei Alley, Ghavidel (Ashna) Alley, Tohid St., Qazvin, Iran. Contact: landline +98 28 3332 3002, mobile +98 912 513 0805, email info@sysaiq.com. SysaiQ is not a registered company and has no registration or company identifier.

2. Scope of these terms

  • These terms govern the use of the SysaiQ website and ordering services through it.
  • Services: custom websites, profession landing pages, web apps and SaaS, e-commerce, mobile apps and PWAs, AI agents and chatbots, business automation, accounting systems, trading software (software engineering only) and maintenance and support.
  • By using the site or submitting a request you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

3. Ordering and payment

  1. The request is received through the contact form, by phone or by email.
  2. In a discovery session the need and the constraints are reviewed.
  3. A written proposal with the scope, milestones, schedule and cost is sent. No amount outside the written proposal is ever charged.
  4. The contract is signed (in person in Qazvin or electronically) and the deposit is received. Before that, neither party owes the other anything.
  5. Payment is staged: each milestone gets an invoice with an online pay link (Iranian gateway), or is paid by bank transfer with a receipt. Card details are never stored by us.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is staged and each milestone is closed by the client's written acceptance.
  • Source code, access and documentation are handed over after full settlement.
  • Third-party costs (domain, hosting, SMS, gateway, APIs) are separate and in the client's name.

5. User obligations

  • Enter accurate information that belongs to you in the forms.
  • Do not use the site or its assistant for unlawful activity, bulk submissions or attempts to intrude or disrupt.
  • Content you send for a project must belong to you or be licensed for use.

6. Ownership of site content

  • The text, design, code and images of this site belong to SysaiQ and may not be republished without written permission.
  • The portfolio shows systems built by SysaiQ to demonstrate technical capability.

7. The site assistant

  • The assistant's answers are general information, not a contractual commitment, a price or legal or financial advice.
  • Every commitment is defined by the written proposal and the signed contract.

9. Changes and governing law

  • These terms are versioned and each version's effective date appears at the top of the page.
  • The laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran apply and disputes are heard by the courts of the city of Qazvin.
