How the work runs

    Discovery

    We walk through the current process step by step with the people who run it, find the exceptions, and judge which parts are worth automating.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

    You receive the selected processes, the systems to be connected, acceptance criteria, schedule and cost in writing.

  3. 03

    Contract

    The contract is signed in person in Qazvin or electronically; work starts after signature and deposit.

  4. 04

    Staged build

    Each flow first runs in test mode alongside the current method so results can be compared; after approval it replaces the manual method.

  5. 05

    Handover and training

    Your team is trained on the monitoring panel and on handling errors and exceptions, and the process documentation is handed over.

  6. 06

    Support

    Bugs are fixed free of charge during the warranty period; further processes and changes are added under a separate agreement.

Timeline

Duration depends on the number of processes, the number of systems to connect and the quality of their APIs or exports, and the number of exceptions in each process. Connecting to software with no API or irregular exports takes the most time.

Processes are automated one at a time, in order of impact, so you see results from the first stage. The schedule is stated in the written proposal.

How cost is calculated

Cost is calculated from:

  • The number of processes and the steps in each
  • The number and kind of systems to connect (ready API or needing a workaround)
  • Exceptions and decision rules
  • Reports, alerts and the monitoring panel
  • The level of support after handover

Included: process analysis, development, parallel testing, deployment, training and the bug-fix warranty.

Not included, paid separately in your name: server, SMS credit, external service API fees, licences for third-party software.

The final figure is stated only in the written proposal.
