Overview

A minimal, image-first landing page for architecture and interior-design studios: full-screen project galleries, a clear statement of design philosophy and a short path from first impression to a booked consultation. Many studios present careful work on generic templates; this page carries the same restraint as the work itself and lets the projects do the talking.

PROBLEM

The problem

An architecture studio is judged on its images and its taste, and a generic template undermines both. Large photographs load slowly, sliders bury the strongest project, and the route to a meeting is an email address at the bottom of the page.

  • Heavy galleries stall on mobile, so the work is never really seen.
  • Projects appear as thumbnails without the story of the brief and the result.
  • A prospective client cannot tell how the studio works or what a first meeting involves.
  • Enquiries arrive through direct messages and scattered emails.

SOLUTION

The solution

SysaiQ built a quiet, image-first page where the projects lead and everything else supports them.

  • The opening is a single full-bleed signature project and one line of positioning, with no carousel.
  • Selected works are filterable by type (residential, commercial, interiors), and each opens into a short visual case study.
  • Philosophy, team and process are told in a few restrained paragraphs, ending with what a first consultation covers.
  • A consultation form with a short project brief stores each request in a lead panel and sends an SMS alert to the studio.
  • An assistant answers questions about services and process from the studio's own content, in Persian or English.

OUTCOME

The outcome

The studio now presents its work with the same care it puts into it. The strongest projects are the first thing a visitor sees and they open quickly on a phone; a prospective client understands the approach and the process before getting in touch, and a consultation request arrives with a short brief attached, on the studio's phone rather than in a scattered inbox.

What makes it different

Capabilities you won't usually find in similar products

[ 01 ]

Galleries that stay fast

Responsive image sizes and lazy loading keep full-screen photography usable on a phone as well as on a large screen.

[ 02 ]

Projects as short case studies

Each work opens from brief to result with its images, instead of sitting as an anonymous thumbnail.

[ 03 ]

Consultation that reaches the studio

A short brief and a preferred time are saved in a lead panel and announced by SMS, so no enquiry is lost in messages or email.

[ 04 ]

An assistant that knows the studio

Answers questions about services, process and past projects from the studio's own content, in Persian or English, and points serious visitors to the consultation form.

[ 05 ]

Native Persian and English

Layout, menus and galleries are designed for RTL, and each language is written for its own readers.

Technical approach

  • Node.js / Express renders the page on the server in Persian and English, with hreflang alternates and per-language metadata.
  • SQLite stores projects, their categories and image sets, and the consultation requests; the studio updates the portfolio from a small admin panel.
  • Vanilla JavaScript for the full-screen gallery and filters; images are served in responsive sizes and loaded lazily, so large photography stays usable on mobile networks.
  • OpenAI API behind the studio assistant, answering only from the studio's own services, process and project texts (RAG).
  • Consultation requests trigger an SMS alert through the configured SMS provider; structured data (JSON-LD) describes the studio and its address for local search.
