Overview

A calm, bilingual landing page for a dental or aesthetic clinic that brings treatments, before-and-after results, dentist profiles and online booking into one short path. Instead of a digital brochure that sends patients to a phone line nobody answers, the page is built so that every serious visitor leaves either with an appointment request or with their details captured for a call back.

PROBLEM

The problem

Most patients choose a clinic on their phone, comparing a few options in a few minutes. A typical clinic site gives them a slideshow, a phone number and little else.

  • Treatments are listed by name, with no explanation of what they involve.
  • Booking means calling during reception hours, and evening visitors give up.
  • Trust signals, such as who the dentists are and what results look like, are missing or buried.
  • The clinic is not visible in nearby searches, only for its own name.

SOLUTION

The solution

SysaiQ built one page that walks a patient from “is this the right clinic?” to a requested appointment.

  • Treatments are grouped by category, each with a plain-language description and a shortcut straight into booking for that treatment.
  • A before-and-after slider, filterable by treatment, shows cases the clinic publishes with the patient's consent.
  • Dentist profiles carry credentials and specialties, so patients book a person, not a form.
  • The booking form takes treatment, dentist and preferred time; the request is stored in a lead panel and an SMS alert reaches the clinic immediately.
  • An assistant answers questions about services and aftercare from the clinic's own content and hands ready visitors to booking. It does not diagnose.

OUTCOME

The outcome

The clinic's site now does the job of a front desk that never closes. In a single visit someone can understand a treatment, see the clinic's own published results, choose a dentist and request a time, and the clinic hears about it on its phone rather than in an unread inbox. Both languages are complete, and the page is prepared for local search from the start.

What makes it different

Capabilities you won't usually find in similar products

[ 01 ]

Booking wired to the clinic's phone

Every appointment request is saved in a lead panel and announced by SMS at the same moment, so nothing waits in a contact-form inbox.

[ 02 ]

Before and after, by treatment

A comparison slider filterable by treatment type, for cases the clinic publishes with patient consent.

[ 03 ]

Book a person, not a form

Dentist profiles show credentials and specialties, and booking can start from the dentist the patient has chosen.

[ 04 ]

An assistant that knows the clinic

Answers visitors from the clinic's own services and aftercare notes, outside reception hours too, and hands ready visitors to booking. It never diagnoses.

[ 05 ]

Bilingual and ready for local search

Persian and English are written natively with their own metadata, and clinic structured data, address and hours are prepared for local results.

Technical approach

  • Node.js / Express renders the page on the server in Persian and English, with hreflang alternates and separate metadata per language.
  • SQLite holds booking requests and the lead panel; each new request sends an SMS alert through the configured SMS provider.
  • Vanilla JavaScript for the before-and-after slider, treatment filters and booking steps; images are responsive and load lazily to keep the page light on mobile.
  • OpenAI API behind the clinic assistant, answering only from the clinic's own service and aftercare content (RAG) and routing medical questions to a consultation.
  • Structured data (JSON-LD) for a dental clinic with address and opening hours, so the page is eligible for local results.
