Overview
A single, dark and restrained landing page for a law office, where credibility is what the visitor is really assessing. Practice areas, attorney profiles and consultation booking are arranged as one path, so a person with a legal problem understands what the office handles and can request a consultation without hunting for a phone number.
PROBLEM
The problem
People look for a lawyer when something has already gone wrong, often late in the evening and on a phone. What they usually find is an outdated template, a few slogans and a contact form that no one answers.
- The visitor cannot tell whether the office handles their kind of matter.
- Calls outside office hours go unanswered and the visitor moves on.
- Consultation requests sit in an email inbox nobody checks.
- The office appears in searches for its own name, not for the problems it solves.
SOLUTION
The solution
SysaiQ built one page with one goal: a booked consultation. Every section answers a question a prospective client has, in the order they have it: what do you handle, who will I work with, how does it proceed, how do I reach you.
- Each practice area is explained in plain language, with the usual path of a matter from the first call onward.
- The booking form asks for the matter type and a preferred time; the request is stored in a simple lead panel and an SMS alert reaches the office's mobile at once.
- An assistant answers questions about practice areas, process and consultation terms using only the office's own published content, and hands serious enquiries to the booking form. It gives general information, never legal advice.
- Structured data for a legal service, a section per practice area and light pages help the office appear in local searches for the matters it handles.
OUTCOME
The outcome
The office now has one credible address to send people to, from a business card, a directory listing or an ad. A visitor can see within a short scroll whether the office handles their matter and book a consultation at any hour, and the request reaches the office's phone instead of an inbox. The page is structured to be found for practice-area searches, not only for the office's name.
What makes it different
Capabilities you won't usually find in similar products
Practice areas in plain language
Each area says what the office takes on and how a matter usually proceeds, so the visitor can decide before calling.
Consultation requests that reach the phone
The form captures matter type, preferred time and contact details, stores them in a lead panel and sends an SMS alert to the office at once.
An intake assistant after hours
Answers questions from the office's own content about practice areas, process and consultation terms, then points serious enquiries to booking. General information only, never legal advice.
Native bilingual, real RTL
Persian and English are each written for their own readers, with correct typography and a layout designed for RTL, not flipped from an English template.
Local search, built in
Structured data for a legal service, a section per practice area and light, fast pages, so the office can be found for the matters it handles.

Technical approach
- Node.js / Express serves the page server-rendered in Persian and English, with
hreflangalternates and a separate title and description per language. - SQLite stores consultation requests in a small lead panel; each new request triggers an SMS alert through the configured SMS provider.
- Vanilla JavaScript only for the booking form and the assistant widget, with no inline scripts, so a strict Content Security Policy stays on.
- OpenAI API behind the intake assistant, grounded only in the office's own practice-area and consultation content (RAG), with a fixed notice that answers are general information.
- Structured data (JSON-LD) for a legal service and the office's address, and a native RTL layout rather than a mirrored English template.
