Overview
A bold, fast landing page for gyms and studios, built to turn a curious visitor into a trial member. The class timetable, trainer profiles and membership plans all lead to one place: a trial-session request that lands on the owner's phone while the visitor is still motivated. Local search is prepared from the start, so the gym is found by people nearby, not only by those who already know its name.
PROBLEM
The problem
Most people decide to try a gym in a short burst of motivation, usually on their phone and often outside opening hours. A page of stock photos and a phone number loses them.
- The class schedule lives in a social post or a photo of a whiteboard.
- Membership options are hidden behind “call us for prices”.
- A trial request sent as a direct message waits until someone checks the account.
- A nearby competitor with a clearer page gets the visit first.
SOLUTION
The solution
SysaiQ built one page where every section ends in the same action: book a trial session, free or paid as the gym decides.
- The weekly timetable is live and filterable by discipline, coach and time of day, and is edited from a small admin panel rather than redesigned as an image.
- Trainer profiles show specialties and lead straight to a session request with that coach.
- Membership plans are compared side by side, each ending in a sign-up or trial button.
- The trial form is short; the request is saved in a lead panel and an SMS alert reaches the owner at once, so follow-up happens while the visitor is still keen.
- An assistant answers questions about classes, plans and house rules from the gym's own content.
OUTCOME
The outcome
The gym now has a page that sells the first session instead of simply listing opening hours. A visitor can check the timetable, meet the coaches, compare plans and request a trial in one sitting, and the owner hears about it straight away. The schedule stays current because it is edited as data, and the page is set up to be found in local searches.
What makes it different
Capabilities you won't usually find in similar products
Trial requests straight to the owner
Each request is stored in a lead panel and announced by SMS immediately, so follow-up happens while the visitor is still motivated.
A timetable that stays current
Classes are data, not an image: filter by discipline, coach and time, and change them from the admin panel without a redesign.
Plans compared side by side
Membership options are laid out clearly, each ending in a sign-up or trial button, so a question about fees does not become a lost call.
A front-desk assistant after hours
Answers from the gym's own schedule, plans and rules, and turns a late-night question into a trial request.
Built for “gym near me”
Light pages, structured data and per-language metadata help the club appear in nearby searches in Persian and English.

Technical approach
- Node.js / Express renders the page on the server in both languages, with
hreflangalternates and per-language metadata. - SQLite stores the class timetable, trainers, membership plans and trial requests, all editable from a small admin panel.
- Vanilla JavaScript for the timetable filters and the trial form; images are responsive and lazily loaded to keep a visual page fast on mobile data.
- OpenAI API behind the front-desk assistant, answering only from the gym's own schedule, plans and rules (RAG).
- Trial requests trigger an SMS alert through the configured SMS provider; structured data (JSON-LD) for a sports club carries the address and hours for local search.
